K series ventilator for Coal mines

K series ventilator operates more efficiently with lower noise and greater performance range, and the power saving effect is more significant. At the same time, the main air tube is equipped with a steady flow ring device and the characteristic curve does not has a hump, which can ensure the ventilator operates safely and stably under any resistance state.

K series ventilator adopts the wheel ratios of 0.40 and 0.45 and single machine structure, which is divided into K40 and K45. K40 adopts 4, 6, and 8-pole motors with three kinds of rotation speeds respectively. K45 adopts 4 and 6-pole motors with two kinds of rotation speeds respectively.

Features

(4) It adopts the structure of a direct connection between the motor and the impeller, so it has good overall stability, as well as can be installed conveniently and maintained easily with low device resistance. Its transmission efficiency of it is higher than that of the belt and long shaft, without transmission failure and broken shaft risk. The mild foundation sinking and slipping will not affect normal operation.
(5) It has a compact structure and good moisture resistance. The main body of the fan is adopted the steel plate and section steel block welding structure. The blade is made of steel plate material, which is hollow. The blade and overall strength is high and the ability to resist downhole blasting wave is strong. It can be installed on the surface or underground, which is especially suitable as a machine station ventilator for the multi-stage station ventilation system.

Diffuser
When used as the main fan and the machine station ventilator, the K series mine energy-saving ventilator shall be equipped with a special diffuser. The main fan on the surface shall be equipped with a diffuser to convert one part of the dynamic pressure into static pressure and reduce the dynamic pressure, and loss of the outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The ventilator installed in the well shall be equipped with a diffuser, which not only can reduce the local resistance coefficient, but also can reduce the dynamic pressure value of the diffuser outlet, thereby greatly reducing the local resistance of the fan device and saving ventilation power consumption.
