The FBCD series of coal mine extraction type explosion-proof counter-rotating local ventilators is currently the ventilation equipment with more ideal performance for coal mines in China. I. Overview
The product characteristics
The FBCD series of the extraction-type counter-rotating local ventilator (hereinafter referred to as ventilator) is the latest energy-saving type of local ventilator developed and produced for the needs of some coal mines that need to discharge gas and polluted air (gas concentration is not more than 3%) at present. This series of ventilators have the characteristics of a compact structure, low noise, high wind pressure, large flow, and high efficiency. According to different ventilation requirements, it can be used for both counter-rotating and single-machine use. The ventilation distance can be increased when counter-rotating ventilation is used. When the ventilation distance is shorter, the single machine can be used, and the air volume remains unchanged, so as to reduce energy consumption and save energy. Its compact structure makes it convenient for transportation and installation during engineering construction. Its form is a mine explosion-proof type, a counter-rotating type, with a muffler device, and an extraction-type local ventilator.

b, Main purposes and scope of application
The ventilator applies to the environment containing explosive substances (gas and coal dust) in underground coal mines, and it can be used as the extraction type of local ventilation, which can meet the needs of the mine ventilation network and safety production. It is used to pump and discharge the local gas accumulation in the underground mines or in combination with the dust removal equipment to eliminate the dust on the working face and change the working environment and is the ideal equipment for the extraction type local ventilation.

c, Models and specifications
The FBCD series includes 18 machine numbers. For detailed information, please refer to the structure diagram of the FBCD series of coal mine extraction-type counter-rotating axial flow partial ventilators. The aerodynamic performance parameters under the standard conditions are shown in Table 1.


d, The composition of the model and its representative meaning
The ventilator consists of a front air duct, the I-class main engine, the class main engine, a motor, an impeller, a diffuser cylinder (including a muffler), and other parts (see Figure 1). The outer casing and structural parts of the ventilator are welded by steel plates, and the inner cylinder is welded by the orifice plates, which are lined with sound-deadening materials. The motor is sealed in the inner air duct and isolated from the exhaust air in the air duct. The motor is a special motor for the YBF series of explosion-proof type exhaust fans, and the voltage is 380V/660V voltage class. The impeller of the ventilator is made of special anti-static materials with no spark in friction. The airflow delivered by the motor cooling rotor is cooled, and the motor is interlinked with the fresh air flow. Therefore, the ventilator can be used for extraction-type ventilation in underground mines.

2, The working principle
This product consists of four main parts: the front air duct, the I-class main engine, the class main engine, and the muffler tail. The front air duct is composed of a protective net and a guide cover air duct. Its main function is to prevent debris from entering the casing and damaging the impeller, to create a good air inflow condition for the I-class main engine. And the I-class main engine is made of major parts such as the I-class casing, the I-class impeller, the I-class motor, and so on. The I-class casing is the main body of the bearing, and the main function is to ensure the normal operation of the impeller and the motor and at the same time, the function of the muffler. The I-class impeller is the core part of the I-class main engine to produce the airflow, and the I-class motor is the power part to make the I-class impeller rotate. The working principle is that the airflow entering from the front air duct end flows along the axial direction into the I-class impeller. After being accelerated, the direction is deflected and then flows into the main class engine. And the class main engine is made of the major parts such as the class casing, the class impeller, the -class motor, and so on. The main function of the -class casing and the motor is the same as that of the I-class ones. The class impeller is the core part of the -class main engine to produce the airflow. The working principle is that the airflow from the I-class impeller is deflected into the -class impeller. After being accelerated, the direction is reversely deflected and then flows into the muffler tail along the axial direction. And the muffler tail is composed of the diffusion cylinder and the guide cover. The main function is to reduce the local resistance loss of the outlet of the airflow and improve the effective power capability of the fan. The airflow is discharged from the fan along the axial direction through it, and at the same time, acts as a rear muffler.

The aerodynamic performance parameters under the standard conditions are shown in Table 1 and the performance curve diagram.



The installation and commissioning
This series of ventilation is equipped with foot supports and suspension holes, which can be installed on the ground in the roadway or suspended for use.
1. Before the assembly, the radial clearance between the impeller and the outer casing should be strictly checked, the surrounding clearance should be uniform, and the value should not be less than 2.5mm.
2. Check the distance between the hub and the end face of the flange after the assembly, and it shall not be less than 2mm.
3. The rotation direction of the impeller must conform to the direction indicated by the direction mark on the casing.
4. The fan must be managed and operated by special personnel.
5. The installation and use of the fan must conform to the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines".
