C6-48 dust removal centrifugal fan Purpose:

C6-48 dust removal centrifugal fan is applicable to equipment that contains air mixtures such as wood debris, fine fiber, and dust, and can also be used for general ventilation. If hard particles are discharged, a dust removal device must be installed in front of the air inlet of the fan.

Type of C6-48 dust removal centrifugal fan:
The fan mechanism is single suction, with seven models of 3.15, 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, and 12.5. The fan is made of right rotation and left rotation. Facing the fan from the drive set, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, which is indicated by "right"; Counter-clockwise rotation is called left rotation and is represented by "left". The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle of the casing. "Left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.


C6-48 dust removal centrifugal fan structure:
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission unit, etc.

1. Impeller: There are 10 backward inclined circular blades made of A3, welded between the arc conical wheel cover and the flat wheel disc. After static and dynamic balance correction, it runs smoothly.

2. Air inlet: it is made into a converging streamlined integral structure and fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.

3. Casing: welded with ordinary steel plate to form a volute shell.

4. Drive group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel and the bearing box is of integral structure. The rolling bearing is used, and the rolling bearing is lubricated with grease.
