Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan

Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan is suitable for the air supply and induction system of 2~670t/h steam boilers in power plants and also meets the requirements of the performance parameters of the high-pressure head of the fluidized bed furnace. This series of fans can also be used in dust removal, mine ventilation, and general ventilation systems.

The Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan transports flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. When the impurity concentration is less than 200mg/m3, it can be used for more than 4 years. It can also be used if it contains large impurities, but the service life will be shortened. The operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250°C.

The Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan can be made of FRP or stainless steel for the transportation of a certain concentration of corrosive gas.

For the transportation of flammable and explosive gases, it is equipped with cast aluminum impellers and explosion-proof motors and can be made into explosion-proof fans.

For gas transmission greater than 80° and less than 250°, water-bearing housings can be used, made of ordinary steel plates, and stainless steel is recommended for gas transmission greater than 250°.

As the temperature of the boiler-induced fan increases, the pressure of the fan will change to a certain extent, and the power of the equipped motor will also change. Please consult the manufacturer for details.

Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using the high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate, change the flow direction, and convert kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, changes to the radial direction when passing through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In a diffuser, the gas changes direction, and the cross-sectional area of the duct increases to decelerate the gas flow. This deceleration converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. Pressure changes mainly occur in the impeller, followed by the diffusion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a reflux device is used to direct the airflow to the next impeller, resulting in a higher pressure [1].

The principle of the Y6-51 boiler-induced draft fan is basically the same as that of the turbine compressor. It is because the gas flow rate is low and the pressure changes little. Generally, it is not necessary to consider the change of the gas-specific volume, that is, the gas is treated as an incompressible fluid.

Centrifugal fans can be made into two types right-handed and left-handed. Viewed from the side of the motor: the impeller rotates clockwise, known as a right-rotating fan; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, known as a left-rotating fan.

The fan is composed of a casing, an air inlet, an impeller, an overall support, a transmission part, an adjusting door (according to customer needs), and a motor. The fan has been strictly tested before leaving the factory, and the amplitude has reached the national standard. The overall support of fans above 18# is purchased according to customer needs. Chassis: It is made of steel plate, which is solid and reliable. It can be divided into integral type and semi-open type. The semi-open type is easy to overhaul. The fan below 14# is mostly integral type, and the fan above 14# is mostly semi-open type

Transmission part: It consists of the main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, and pulley (or coupling). The transmission is equipped with a water-cooling device to cool down the bearing and prolong the service life.

The lapped oil throwing ring is used to throw the oil brought by the high-speed rotating bearing to the inner wall of the bearing box and flow back to the oil pool: the semi-open aluminum oil seal can not only facilitate maintenance and prevent friction accidents but also increase the resistance along the axial direction to move the part The thin oil is intercepted and returned to the oil pool; the outer pressure packing blocks a small amount of thin oil; the upper part of the bearing box is equipped with a vent plug to reduce the slight positive pressure in the bearing box to ensure no oil leakage and good dustproof performance.

6. Articulated axial adjustment door. The fulcrum of the guide vane of the adjustment door and the adjustment rod are equipped with joint bearings, and there is no "dead" point in the operation and adjustment process, so the adjustment is flexible, labor-saving, safe and reliable, and ensures that the actuator is not overloaded.

7. The fan is an integral or split assembly. The transmission group, coupling cover, and motor of this series of fans below 16D are assembled on a complete base before leaving the factory; the casing, air inlet, and adjusting door are another component, and the small type fans are assembled into two components when leaving the factory.
