When it is necessary to adjust the mounting angle of the blade, remove the end cap of the wheel hub, loosen the sturdy nut of the blade, adjust the blade to the required mounting angle, and then fix the nut. A layer of grease should also be applied to the sturdy nut to facilitate the next adjustment. It should be specially noted that the input power of the ventilator must be adapted to the rated power of the motor after the blade installation angle is adjusted larger, to prevent motor overload.
(3) The blade handle holes on each blade and wheel hub are in a one-to-one fixed relationship. If it is necessary to remove the blade from the hub, it must be marked in advance to "seat by number" when re-installing. If the original positional relationship is disturbed, balance and correction should be performed.
(4) If some blades are damaged, they must be replaced in time. The weight of the new blade shall be consistent with that of the original blade to maintain the balance of the impeller.
(5) This series of ventilators has lower noise and can be put into operation directly. For users with special requirements for noise, a noise reduction device can be set to reduce noise. The pressure loss (resistance) of the noise reduction device should be added to the resistance of the ventilation network.
(6) Each user should regularly inspect, maintain and service the ventilator according to its use conditions of it.
