 YKK and YRKK series medium high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages of compact structure, high efficiency, and high reliability. The new series of motors have advanced mechanical performance and electrical insulation performance, excellent manufacturing technology, and convenient installation and maintenance.
YKK and YRKK series motors are suitable for driving compressors, ventilators, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines, coal mills, and other general machinery.

YKK and YRKK series motors have a rated frequency of 50 Hz and adopt F-pole insulation. They rotate clockwise from the shaft extension end. It can also be manufactured into a counterclockwise rotation motor according to user requirements. YKK series motors allow full voltage direct starting. When YRKK series motors are started, the rotor winding shall not be directly short-circuited. The starting rheostat must be connected externally. The starting rotating cabinet can be adjusted by adjusting the external additional resistance.

Structural features

The motor base is welded into an integral square box with a steel plate, and the enclosure protection grade is IP44. It can also be made into IP54 according to user requirements. The installation type of the motor is IMB3, and the cooling method is IC611.
After the core of the motor coil is impregnated with vacuum pressure paint or overall paint, the winding has good insulation and moisture resistance.
YKK series rotor windings are made of cast aluminum or copper bars, and YRKK series rotor coils are made of Class F insulated wrapped copper bars.
The motor is generally made of a single shaft extension. YKK series squirrel-cage motors and YRKK series wound motor shaft extensions below H500 (including H560) are equipped with tangential keys.
The motor adopts a grease-lubricated moving bearing or thin oil-lubricated sliding bearing, which can be easily oiled and drained.
The outlet box is generally installed on the right side of the base (viewed from the shaft extension end), and can also be installed on the left side if required by the user.
