According to the requirements of different ventilation resistance, it can be used as a whole machine and can be used in stages, so as to reduce ventilation power consumption and save energy. If the length of the roadway is less than 2000m, the air can be supplied normally without moving the fan, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and saves ventilation time. It is the ideal equipment for local ventilation in underground coal mines. e, The environmental conditions for use
This product can be placed flat on the floor of the roadway and also can be suspended on the wall of the roadway for use. When used on the floor, the air inlet (the collector end) of the fan should not be immersed in water or cement. The gas temperature of the user environment of the fan is -20~50ºC, and the altitude should not exceed 1000m. The rated frequency of the power supply used is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage is any class of 380V/660V or 660V/1140V.
f, The working conditions
The dust content of the gas passing through this product does not exceed 200mg/m3. It should be installed in the air inlet with a gas concentration of less than 1% in the underground coal mine. When the gas concentration exceeds 1%, the power supply should be cut off immediately.

a The overall structure and its working principle, working characteristics
This product has two impellers installed close to each other, which are respectively driven by two explosion-proof motors to rotate them in opposite directions. The airflow enters the I-class impeller from the collector end along the axial direction, and after being accelerated, the direction of the airflow is deflected and then flows into the-class main engine. After being accelerated again by the -class impeller, the direction of the airflow is reversely deflected and then discharged from the diffuser end along the axial direction.

b, Main parts, work, and working principle
As shown in the figure, this product consists of four main parts: the collector, the I-class main engine, the -class main engine, and the diffuser. The collector is composed of a curved collecting inlet and a guide cover. Its main function is to reduce the local resistance loss of the airflow, in order to create a good air inflow condition for the I-class main engine. And the I-class main engine is made of major parts such as the I-class casing, the I-class impeller, the I-class motor, and so on. The I-class casing is the main body of the bearing, and the main function is to ensure the normal operation of the impeller and the motor and at the same time, the function of the muffler. The I-class impeller is the core part of the I-class main engine to produce the airflow, and the I-class motor is the power part to make the I-class impeller rotate. The working principle is that the airflow entering from the collector end flows along the axial direction into the I-class impeller, and after being accelerated, the direction is deflected and then flows into the-class main engine. And the -class main engine is made of the major parts such as the -class casing, the -class impeller, the -class motor, and so on. The main function of the -class casing and the motor is the same as that of the I-class ones. The -class impeller is the core part of the -class main engine to produce the airflow. The working principle is that the airflow from the I-class impeller is deflected into the -class impeller, and after being accelerated, the direction is reversely deflected and then flows into the diffuser along the axial direction. And the diffuser is composed of the diffusion cylinder and the guide cover. The main function is to reduce the local resistance loss of the outlet of the airflow and improve the effective power capability of the fan. The airflow is discharged from the fan along the axial direction through it, and at the same time, acts as a rear muffler.

This series of fans has main performances such as explosion-proof safety, noise reduction, smooth operation, smooth characteristic curve, a wide area of high efficiency, and so on.
b, The main parameters
The main technical performance parameters of this series of fans are air volume Q, full pressure P, full pressure efficiency η, noise (compared with A sound level) LSA, rotating speed n, and so on. The maximum efficiency of the series of fans is 86%, and the highest noise does not exceed 85 dB(A). See Table 1 for details of other parameters.
The installation and commissioning
a Equipment foundation, installation conditions, and installation technical requirements
This series of fans does not need the special equipment foundation and can be placed on the flat roadway floor for long-term stable operation. When the suspension type installation is used, the anchor bolt should be laid according to the position of the lifting eye on the top of the fan, and it should be connected with the U-shaped hanging steel.
b, The commissioning procedures, methods, and matters needing attention
Remove the collector and diffuser of the fan, open the explosion-proof junction box of the motor at both ends, select the appropriate flame-retardant cable according to the motor power, thread through the threading box of the I-class and -class-main engine casing, connect it to the motor through the explosion-proof junction box, fasten the junction box and tighten the compression nut of the threading box to clamp the cable, and then connect to the collector and the diffuser. It should be noted that the junction box of the motor is an explosion-proof surface. As long as it is opened one time, before reconnecting, the industrial Vaseline or 107 anti-rust oil must be used to brush the joint surface again to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the motor.
Check whether the connecting bolts of each part are complete and reliable. When the two-class impeller is moved by hand, and the turning gears are all flexible, the test run can be conducted and the commissioning work can be carried out.
c. Acceptance test items, methods, and criteria after the installation and commissioning
After the installation and commissioning of the fan, the following requirements should be met:
c1. The radial clearance between the impeller and the casing should be uniform, and ensure that the diameter of the impeller should be between 0.15% and 0.35%;
c2. After the assembly of the I-class and-class fan, the distance between the end faces of the I-class and-class hub shall not be less than 9 mm;
c3. The maximum output power of each motor shall not be greater than 95% of its rated power;
c4. The rotation direction of the impeller must conform to the direction indicated by the rotation direction mark on the casing.
c5. This series of fans must be managed and operated by special personnel;
c6. The installation and use place of this series of fans must conform to the relevant provisions of the Safety Regulations for Coal Mines.
d, Preparation before the test run and the test run
d1. Select the appropriate cable and special switch;
d2. Thread and connect the switch according to the requirements of section b of this article;
d3. Carefully check whether the connecting bolts of the impeller gland, the motor fixed cylinder, and other parts are complete, firm, and reliable;
d4. Move the two-class impeller by hand, and the turning gears should be all flexible, without friction and jamming;
d5. Start any one of the class fans first, and then start another class of fans after its operation is stable. Stop the fan after 20 minutes of operation, and carefully check again, whether the connecting bolts of the impeller gland, the motor fixed cylinder, and other parts are firm and reliable. It can only be operated for a long time or wait for use if everything is accurate.
. Use, operation, and maintenance
a. Before the use of the ventilator, check again, whether the fixing and the connecting bolts of each part are loose, and whether they are complete, firm, and reliable;
b. Move the two-class impeller by hand, and the turning gears should be flexible without friction, impact, noise, and other abnormal sounds;
c. Start the inching of the test run and check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct;
d. Always check whether the sound is normal and whether the connection is loose or not during operation;
e. This series of fans shall be generally inspected once every 6 months, and all parts of the machine shall be inspected;
f. When not in use, this series of fans should be placed in a place where the air is circulated and dry to prevent it from getting damp, corrosion, and other losses.
