Introduction
To meet the needs of coal mines, the mine energy-saving promotion station of the Ministry of Metallurgy invented the explosion-proof patent technology of the extraction type main fan of the coal mines. The materials used in the machine have passed the friction spark test of the Test Center of China Coal Research Institute Chongqing Branch and achieved the explosion-proof requirements. The explosion-proof performance of the whole machine has passed the explosion-proof inspection of the China National Quality Supervision and Test Centre for Explosion-Protected Electrical Products. It introduces the FBCDZ (formerly BDK62) series of coal mine ground explosion-proof extraction-type counter-rotating axial flow ventilator, which has better performance, more specifications, and larger coverage. The product is subject to the standards of Q / ZFJ001-2004 the Technical Conditions of the FBCDZ (formerly BDK62) Series of Coal Mine Ground Explosion-proof Extraction Type Counter-rotating Axial Flow ventilator.
Characteristics
1. To meet the resistance requirements of the coal mine ventilation network and ensure the efficiency of the ventilator, the machine adopts the counter-rotating structure, that is, two sets of the same model of fans are connected, and the rotation direction of the impellers of the two machines is opposite, which can save the middle guide vane and reduce the loss of the guide vane, thus improving the efficiency.
2. The form of the direct connection between the motor and the impeller is adopted, which changes the traditional structure of the long shaft of the mine main fan or the pulley drive, avoiding damage, and accident of the transmission device, and also eliminates the energy loss of the transmission device and improves the efficiency of the fan device. Due to its simple structure, in addition to regularly filling fuel to the motor bearings, it generally does not require maintenance and can be operated continuously for a long time.
3. When the motor power of this series of fans is less than 200 KW, it is equipped with the YBF series with an explosion-proof type motor of the derived series of YB series, and the voltage is 380V, 660V, or 1140V. When the power is above 200 KW, it can be equipped with YBF series of 6000V high voltage explosion-proof energy-saving type motor according to the needs of the mine. The motor is installed in an airtight, cover in the main air duct. The airtight, cover has a certain pressure resistance. It can isolate the motor from the gas contained in the fan flow passage and also has a certain effect of heat dissipation. The airtight, cover is equipped with two rows of the streamlined air pipe, which are interlinked with the ground atmosphere through the main air duct so that fresh air flows into the airtight cover, and at the same time, the air in the cover can maintain a positive pressure state during the operation of the fan. Due to the use of various technical measures in the design, the motor is always working under the condition that the gas concentration is less than 1%, which meets the safety and explosion-proof requirements.
4. The highest unit of this series of fans can achieve a static pressure efficiency of 86%, the high-efficiency area is wide, and the static pressure efficiency is more than 70% of 70% or more working area. It can ensure that the efficiency of the main fan of the mine in the three mining stages is all above 75%, which has reversed the low operation efficiency of the main fan of large mines in China and saves a large amount of electric energy.
5. A steady flow ring is installed in the main air duct, the performance curve of the fan has no hump, no surge, and it can run stably under any resistance condition. The noise is low. Most models of this product have a noise of less than 90 dB (A) without a muffler. If the user has stricter requirements on noise, the product can be equipped with a muffler when leaving the factory.
6. All the blades of this series of fans can be adjusted, which can be divided into five working angles: 45°, 40°, 35°, 30 and 25°. The installation angles of the front and rear stages can be the same, or different, or can be adjusted to run at any angle below 45º. One of the fans can be operated separately, so the adjustable range is extremely wide. In the initial stage of production of the mine, it is ok to run only one class of the fan of it.
7. This series of fans are stable in operation and low in machine vibration. And the fans and diffusers are installed on the flatbed truck with wheels, which can run continuously for a long time.
8. The reverse wind can be reversed. In various working conditions, the reverse wind rate is all above 60%. There is no need for the reverse air duct, and only a need to build a simple ventilation machine room and an electric control duty room, which can save a lot of infrastructure investment.
Specifications and models
1. FBCDZ (formerly BDK62) series of fans have a total of 24 machine numbers of NO.14-NO.44. To meet the needs of large and medium-sized mines with various kinds of ventilation network parameters, this series of fans are respectively equipped with 6, 8, 10, 12-pole three-phase asynchronous motors, and two different types of blade number gradations are adopted: that is, the total number of FBCDZ (formerly BDK62) (A) blades is Z = 32 pieces, and the total number of FBDCZ (formerly BDK62) (B) blades is Z = 24 pieces. Through the above combination, the FBCDZ (formerly BDK62) series of fans have a total of 90 specifications. It solves the problem that the main fan model of the mine is small and the selection is difficult.
2. The working range of the static pressure efficiency of this series of fans above 70% is Q = 10.1~462.1 m3/S (that is, Q = 606 ~ 2772 m3/min), and the static pressure is Pst = 57.0 ~ 705.7 mmH2O (that is, Pst = 559~ 6921Pa), which can cover the large and medium-sized mines with various kinds of mine ventilation network parameters, the operation static pressure efficiency of which can be all above 75%.

The fan model and the matching motor power determination
In general, the fan model should be selected according to the most difficult period of ventilation in each stage of mine mining. At the same time, it is also necessary to consider the initial stage of mine, mining which is under the condition of low negative pressure and small air volume, so it should also obtain more than 70% of the operation static pressure efficiency. In this way, it can give full play to the high-efficiency and energy-saving role of the FBCDZ (formerly BDK) series of fans.
In the mines with a very great difference in the mine ventilation network parameters in the three stages of mining, in the initial stage of the mining, it is ok to run only one class of the FBCDZ (formerly BDK) series of fans, and the other class can be used as the backup.
Under normal circumstances, when the FBCDZ (formerly BDK) fan is selected according to the three stages of mining, the operation efficiency of each stage should be above 75%, of which the most difficult period should be above 80%. Suppose the fan with the above-mentioned operating efficiency cannot be found in the sample. The motor power marked in Sample Table 2 is the maximum power of this type of fan. In general mine selection, the motor power should be equipped according to the actual ventilation parameters. The calculation method is:

In which: N- the required motor power, refers to the total power (KW) of the I, II class fans;
Pst -the total resistance (Pa) in the most difficult period of the mine;
Q-the total air volume (m3/s) in the most difficult period of the mine;
ηst - check the actual operation condition efficiency of this sample according to the Pst and Q parameters;
K-the power reserve coefficient, generally K = 1.1~1.15;
Calculate the total power N according to the above, according to the value of N / 2, and refer to the motor power class series, select and equip with two sets of the same power motor, and must make N+N≤N. It is important to specifically point out that: when a certain model of the fan is selected and is calculated the N value according to the above formula, after selecting the motor N=N, it should be compared with the maximum power of the single motor power given in Table 2. If the value of N=Nis greater than the maximum power of the single motor given in Table 2, then this model of the fan is not applicable, and a larger size of the fan must be selected.
If the motor power required in the early and the later stages of the mine are greatly different, it can be compared economically. In the early stage, two motors with smaller power are equipped, and in the later stage, the motors are replaced with high-power ones. In this way, the motors can be operated under the condition of a higher power factor and higher efficiency, to reduce electricity consumption and save electricity costs.
The design service life of the FBCDZ (formerly BDK) series of fans is 20 years.
Installation
When the machine is shipped from the factory, it is the four pieces of the whole machine that leave the factory, which include the I-class fan, -the class fan, the diffuser, and the diffusion tower. The pressure test of the airtight, cover has been carried out by the manufacturer by the technical standard requirements before leaving the factory. Therefore, it is generally not suitable for disassembly. If there is difficulty in moving it and must be disassembled, it can be installed by the on-site guidance of the manufacturer.
During the installation, the collector must be placed in fresh air, so that the air inside the airtight cover does not contain gas.
The ground of the fan installation site should be flat, and according to the gauge in the sample schematic diagram, the auxiliary steel rail should be set, and the 24-38 Kg /M light rail can be selected and used. The steel rail can be pre-embedded on the cement floor surface or fixed on the sleeper.
Test run and operation
Before the fan is installed, the blade should be adjusted first according to the required angle, and all the screws should be tightened. The motor can be refueled at any time during operation. When in operation, the current, the voltage, the motor bearing, and the temperature indicating the instrument of the motor stator should be frequently observed and recorded well. If it exceeds the required index of the technical requirements, it should be immediately stopped for checking.
During the overhaul of the machine, the sealing gasket of the airtight, cover should be carefully kept and must not be damaged. Once damaged, it should be purchased from the manufacturer.
