DWT-I axial-flow roof fan


Overview
DWT-I axial-flow roof fan, whose blades are similar to ZD axial flow fan, adopts a wide blade, large chord space twist, and inclined blade shape, which can reach the required air volume and pressure during low-speed operation, thus reducing the fan noise.
1.2. The fan is divided into 17 fan numbers of 300 - 2400mm according to the impeller diameter, the series air volume is 1500-22000m3/h, the total pressure is 60-320Pa, and the fan blades with the fan number greater than or equal to 12 can be made into adjustable blade angles to meet the needs of different working conditions and achieve energy saving and noise reduction.



1.3. The fan can be made into an explosion-proof type according to the needs of different environments, which is applicable to non-corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, and the anti-corrosion type can be applicable to the environment containing corrosive gases.
1.4. In order to meet the needs of performance adjustment at different operating points, a two-speed motor can be used to realize two-speed speed regulation, and a variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller can also be used to realize step-less speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulation, frequency at 25Hz~50Hz.
1.5. The fan can be equipped with a manual or electric control valve, self-hanging shutter, etc. according to the user's needs.

3. Application
It is suitable for ventilation in warehouses, industrial and mining plants, power stations, stations, gymnasiums, and other medium-low pressure and high-flow places.
4. Configuration
1. The diameter of the axial flow roof fan is from 300-2400mm, and there are 17 types of machine numbers. The centrifugal roof fan has nine types of machine numbers from 300-1000mm. Fans with other unit numbers can also be provided according to user needs;
2. Refer to the general assembly drawing for the fan structure of various models, which is composed of an impeller, air duct, hood, transmission parts, loose-leaf damper, anti-bird net, safety net, and other parts; (The above configuration is made according to user requirements)
3. Fan drive mode: DWT-1 fan with a diameter<2200mm adopts direct motor drive, and fans with a diameter above 2200mm adopt belt drive mode, or reducer drive mode can be adopted according to customer requirements. There are three types of loose-leaf damper: gravity type, electric type, and manual type.
4. Roof wind has a wide range of applications and a large number. According to the needs of the user, the structure is complex. Our factory can develop and improve the shape and structure according to the different technical requirements of users.

5. Processing technology
5.1. Fan impeller: the cross is made of steel, which is pressed, blanking, and hydroformed. The blade is made of aluminum alloy, which is pressed and hydroformed. The blade is riveted and assembled with the cross. The impeller has been calibrated by static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6.
5.2. The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flangeS and spinning, and the hood is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic.
5.3. The explosion-proof and anti-corrosion fan casing is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic.
