4-68 centrifugal fan
4-68 centrifugal fans (hereinafter referred to as fans) can be used for general ventilation. Its service conditions are as follows:
1. Application site: As the indoor ventilation of general factories and large buildings, it can be used as both gas.input gas and output
2. Types of gas to be transported: air and other gases that are not spontaneous combustion, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel materials.
3. Impurities in the gas: there shall be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas shall not exceed 150 mg/m3.
4. The temperature of gas shall not exceed 80 ºC.
2. Fan type:
1. The fan is single suction, and the machine numbers are № 2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, etc.
2. Each type of fan can also be made into two types right rotation or left rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called the right rotation fan, which is represented by "right". counterclockwise, which is called left rotation fan, and is represented by "left".
3. The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into 0o, and 45o, such as 135o, 180o, and 225o.
3. Structural characteristics of main components
№ 2.8-5 of 4-68 fan is mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, and other parts equipped with a direct-connected motor. № 6.3-20 has a transmission part in addition to the above parts.
1. Impeller: It is composed of 12 backward-inclined wing-shaped blades welded between the single-cone wheel cover and the flat-plate wheel disc. They are all made of steel plates and have been calibrated by static and dynamic balance, with good air performance, high efficiency, and stable operation.
2. Casing: the casing is a volute formed by welding ordinary steel plates. The casing is made into two different types. № 2.8-12.5 casing is integral and cannot be disassembled. № 16 and № 20 casings are made into three open types, and the upper part is divided into two parts along the vertical centerline, in addition to being divided into two parts along the horizontal plane of the split, which are connected by bolts.
3. Air inlet: it is made into a converging streamlined integral structure and fixed on the inlet side of the fan with bolts.
4. Drive group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. № 6.3-12.5 fans of four unit numbers are of integral structure, with a thermometer and oil pointer installed on the bearing. № 16 and № 20 fans of two unit numbers are equipped with two parallel bearing blocks, with thermometers installed on the bearing block and lubricated with bearing grease.4-68
